Mark 3 Valve-Tronic^TM Flo-Meter^TM

The Valve-Tronic 3.5 Flo-Meter is a microprocessor based motorized valve specifically designed to control gas flow through a Waukee Flo-Meter "for the most critical heat treating applications." The Valve-Tronic 3.5 offers features which allow it to be integrated with furnace control equipment to provide completely automatic flow control and flow rate feedback. The Valve-Tronic 3.5 Flo-Meter can function as a stand-alone Flow Controller or can be integrated with your control system to provide remote control and flow rate feedback.

The Valve-Tronic 3.5 Flo-Meter accepts 4-20mA "flow control signal" from PLC's, computers, carbon controllers and other process control instruments. The flow signal is compared to the Waukee-Tronic's signal and the Valve-Tronic's valve adjusts to precisely control the gas flow.

Options:

• "Closed-Valve" contacts that allow automatic closure of the VT3.5's valve when desired

• "Top Limit" contacts provide an indication of full valve travel

• "Auto/Manual" contacts can be used to "tell you" which mode the unit is in

• "Flow Shut-off " Solenoid Contacts allows connection to solenoid to provide positive shut-off

• "Built-in Set-point Generator"
